THE LOCAL ORACLE / VERSION 1
A shared place.
A shared source.
A useful local assistant needs more than a confident answer. It needs the right source, the right place, and a clear idea of how old the information is.
A reading desk for @elsegundotoday.
Give Grok Bot one compact briefing with source dates, conditions and local discoveries.
Ask what matters here.
Where can I play pickleball? How do I find recreation support? Which organization publishes the school schedule? What does the latest weather station report?
The trust contract
- Link to the original provider.
- Keep observed, predicted and editorial information separate.
- Show dates, locations and missing coverage.
- Say when the sources do not answer the question.
- Leave bookings, payments and personal information with the responsible provider.
Give your bot a starting point.

Built to grow
The current foundation is a curated resource register, public map directory, learning library, art provenance and live environmental feeds. “Ask” retrieves sources; it does not contact a language model.
Next layers could add licensed transport and sports feeds, owner-confirmed business updates, accessibility notes, public meeting changes, and a record of what changed. Those are proposed additions, not active services.
