Make AI
useful at work.

Start with a real task. Build something your team can use. Leave with the workflow, the reasoning and a clear next step.

Michael Hoydich’s independent AI and creative studio.

THREE WAYS TO BEGIN

Learn it. Try it.
Put it to work.

Proposed engagement formats.
Capacity, scope and pricing agreed together.

01 / A PRACTICAL STARTING POINT

AI at work: a useful first session

Bring one real task. Leave with a usable first workflow.

A team or decision-maker beginning to use AI in everyday work.

Preparation, one 75-minute working session, and a short follow-up; one bounded task. Team size and tool access agreed in scope.

What we make together

  • A one-page map of the chosen task: inputs, owner, output and review step.
  • One live worked example using approved, public or redacted material.
  • A reusable prompt or workflow card with examples and a simple quality check.
  • A short next-step note identifying what to try, what to measure and what needs a larger build.
What to bring & how scope works
  • One repeated task and a named owner.
  • Two or three public-safe sample inputs.
  • A tool already approved for the intended data.

A focused introduction, not a company-wide deployment or proof of productivity gains. No private system access is assumed.

02 / A PRACTICAL STARTING POINT

AI intern studio: learn by shipping

One bounded team problem, a series of small deliverables, and visible human review.

Organizations supporting interns, recent graduates or an internal early-career cohort.

Proposed four-week pilot. One named sponsor, one mentor, weekly review, and one small workflow per learner or pair. Capacity and mentor time agreed before launch.

What we make together

  • A sponsor-approved project brief and access boundary for each participant.
  • A common orientation covering source checks, data handling, tool use and documenting judgment.
  • Four weekly artifacts: system map, first prototype, tested revision, and handoff.
  • A mentor review rubric covering usefulness, evidence, reliability and clarity.
  • A final demo and a public-safe portfolio summary, with publication permission decided separately.
  • A runbook and recommendation for the next cohort based on the pilot evidence.
What to bring & how scope works
  • A supervisor who can approve scope and review weekly.
  • Realistic tasks and safe sample material.
  • Written learning, compensation, access, ownership and publication terms through the employer.

This is a proposed training engagement. It does not recruit or place interns, guarantee jobs, replace supervision, or promise verified credentials. Tool exercises use test or draft states where appropriate.

03 / A PRACTICAL STARTING POINT

Marketing AI: one campaign, made repeatable

Turn approved research and brand material into a campaign your team can run again.

A local business or marketing team with a clear offer and an existing review owner.

Proposed two-week pilot for one offer, one audience and up to three agreed channels. Scope may use working sessions and a Build Day; production volume is agreed before work.

What we make together

  • A source-linked audience and offer brief using approved evidence.
  • A concise voice and claims sheet with approved facts and open questions.
  • One creative direction and a small set of draft assets in the agreed formats.
  • A reusable research → draft → review → publish workflow with named owners.
  • A lightweight measurement sheet for agreed signals and a retrospective plan.
  • Editable source files, provenance notes and a handoff session.
What to bring & how scope works
  • An offer, brand materials and proof for any product claim.
  • A named approver and channel requirements.
  • Access to public or approved performance baselines, if measurement is part of scope.

No guaranteed leads, sales, ROAS, viral reach or autonomous publishing. Media spend, licensing and recurring content production require separate scope.
